My Calisthenics Routine

Adapted from Hampton's routine, I currently do a single set of all exercises at multiple sets of the exercise I choose to work on that day.

Routine

Monday: Pushups and Leg Lifts
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Pull-ups and Squats
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Bridges
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Progression

  • Pull-ups
    • Full Pullups/Chinups (assisted with band): 2 Sets of 12
  • Bridges
    • Short Bridges: 3 sets of 50 1st October 2021
    • Full Bridges: 2 sets of 15
  • Pushups
    • Full pushups: 2 Sets of 25 20th October 2021
    • Narrow pushups: 2 sets of 20
  • Leg Raises
    • Knee tucks: 3 Sets of 40 26th October 2021
    • Leg raises: 2 Sets of 25
    • Hanging Knee raises: 2 sets of 20
  • Squats
    • Full Squats: 2 Sets of 50 26th October 2021
    • Narrow Squats: 2 Sets of 20
